Cadgwith to Lizard Point
3.5 miles

Picture
On this trip we are walking to Lizard from both directions (though not at the same time) because there are frequent buses from Lizard. Today we come from Cadgwith, which is where we finished up yesterday. We take an early bus to Cadgwith and hit the trail.

Coastguard station. Ingenious way to get supplies down, and... maybe...shipwrecked people up?

A shady place for lunch, with a fantastic view. This is one of my all time favorite spots.

Oldest surviving operational wireless station in the world!

We're hoping that just around the next bend is the trail end.

But of course, there's always another bend to traverse.

Bob likes to run ahead to get the action shots.

And he likes shooting into the sun to get shadows and artistic glare.

We connect the path at Lizard Point! Now it's up to the bus, with 20 minutes to spare!
