St Ives to Lelant
(For Fish & Chips)

We wanted a day off today so we took a bus to St Ives to stroll around and swim. Well, Susanne swam; Bob and I ate ice cream. Afterward we walked a teeny tiny hike toward Lelant, where the highlight of the day was Beck's Fish & Chips.

It's overcast and rainy and we're all a bit tired. We amble around St Ives—up and down little passageways and lanes.

No sea is too cold or wild for Susanne. She photobombs us while getting changed.

Then we start off on the path, slow and lazy-like because that's the kind of day it is.

We cross the branch line that ends at St Ives, then head up to the village, looking for the fish & chips we know is somewhere up here.

According to Susanne, fish & chips taste best when eaten outside. So that's where we eat it.
