We're planning to walk to Cadgwith, which is 7 miles from Coverack. Once there we'll see how we feel and whether we'll have time to go another 4 to Lizard Point. We just got off the bus and the trail goes along this road.
I could so live here.
Or here.
Love when there are little bridges in the middle of nowhere.
Two miles to Cadgwith and lunch.
The path goes back and forth between flat parts across the top of headlands, and grueling ups and downs in between. In many places you scramble up narrow, rocky slips of path, always always having to watch every step. The views are spectacular.

The path runs very close to the edge in places, making it a bit treacherous when passing people from the other direction.
Cadgwith. We decide to end the day here, although Lizard Point is so close we can see it! We're tired and don't feel like rushing to make the next bus.
Cadgwith is a charming little English coastal village.
We head down to the harbor to eat our lunch. We have plenty of time to catch the bus.
Rattler Cider and pork pie
Looking for Serpentine rock.
After we eat we mooch around the village.
Love the little bench outside the door!
The bus stop is in Ruan Minor, which is of course, up a wretched hill!
